Full refunds are issued automatically for 6-month, annual, or bi-annual website subscriptions cancelled within 14-days of the first payment. Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to process. Otherwise, your site is set to auto-renew, and we follow these refund policies:
We don't offer refunds after 14-days following the first payment of a plan that is NOT billed monthly.
We don't offer refunds on any subscription that is billed monthly.
We don't offer refunds for renewal payments. (Three days before your 6-month, annual or bi-annual subscription renews, we'll send an email or in-app message, or both, letting you know you're scheduled for a payment. This gives you a chance to update your credit card or cancel the renewal before the charge is processed.)

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund but haven’t received one, contact us by email at [email protected] Be sure to include your name, email address associated with your account, domain associated with account, last payment date, and the reason you want a refund.
We review every refund request we receive and aim to respond within two business days.
Note: If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, but it's been fewer than 10 business days, the refund may still be processing. Refunds can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
